2.The Design of Metal Bolt High Power LED Light Source
In order to enhance the stability of the Metal Bolt High Power LED Light Source, we import LED chip from USA, and weld it directly onto the top of metal bolt nuts by eutectic welding technology, screw down directly to the Aluminum Radiator when installing, which could make a close integration between LED and radiator, change the traditional heat transmitting by silicone sheet of the LED optical, enhance the heat conduction efficiency between LED and Aluminum radiator, fully make sure the LED light¡¯s life up to 60000h. The high quality fluorescent powder we import from American enables a single 1W LED¡¯s brightness to achieve above 100 lumina; there are many kinds of color temperatures to choose as well so that we can meet different needs in various circumstances.
